I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

I also wish he had used replacement boards on the deck that more closely matched the remainder of the boards, even if they weren't pretreated. The biggest problem was that he got an idea on how to resolve a problem that was more than what I wanted, and I wasn't able to get him to dial back what he did.
