"I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"

"This business owner responded to our request via Angi list almost immediately. It was after 10pm. They offered to cover the leaking area late at night. They came next day. The installation of our roof took a while, due to complicated project with deck installation above the roof. The result came out is pretty good. There is no leak for many rainy days. The business owners, Krystalle and Emmanuel are very nice people. They respond our messages and needs fast. There is a 10 year warranty for roof leaking, give us a peace of mind."

He showed up for the schedule day of the job on time and was very communicative prior to and after he did the work. Took photos of everything and showed me prior to payment. "The owner saw the problem and did the repair in very little time. He took a photo of the problem to show me which I appreciated. He noted where a tile had been placed  elsewhere on the roof near the seam of a window or skylight (I forget) and commented that that wasn't best practice. The  owner stated I would need a repair (or new roof) for my garage maybe by next year. I asked for a general idea of the cost of a new roof which he provided. He was very professional and personable. No one showed at my first appointment because  of a scheduling mixup within the owner's office. The owner tried to make up for this  at the end of his visit by removing the moss by hand that was growing on a section of roof that  will need repair/replacement soon.
