Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. "The first guy that came out misdiagnosed the problem.  We had to have them come out again.  He didn't charge us, and did the correct repair.  They were OK with pricing.  Most repair places don't apply the service call charge to the repair charge, but Sears did.  The first person I talked to on the phone didn't know what she was talking about.  That call was very challenging, possibly because of a language barrier.  I would use them again."
