He came to our house promptly, provided us a detailed estimate and did the job earlier than his original start date since the doors ordered came in early. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

He is a gentleman & professional who is a joy/pleasure to work with. He corrected all the shoddy work the flippers did on the cheap & turned my kitchen into a highend, custom-made gem. Where the spaces between doors were not even, he installed wider doors to close the gap. Behind the dishwasher, he removed the temp guide board used to install the counter - so that the dishwasher would not stick out so much. He installed floor molding where there had been none. etc etc"
