The price and warranty were the best of the four quotes I received. The whole process was very smooth and I haven't had any problems with the system.  I'm very glad I chose them. <br /> They have a project status page that provided clear information at every stage.  When I emailed or called, they responded within 24 hours.  I contacted them based on customer reviews and their warranty policy.  The salesman was low key and honest.  He made it clear that there was a waiting list for installation so I knew it would take a few months.  In the end, it was faster than I expected.  They provided clear written plans and handled the city inspection completely.  The connection to PG&E quickly followed. <br /> I highly recommend them.  I have two important notes: <br /> - Be sure to get a clear picture of the schedule.  It's complicated and they may have a waiting list. <br /> - The initial quote on the phone was for a much bigger system than they were able to install.  They can only tell so much from a satellite image of the roof.  Their on-site inspection showed that my roof was more complicated and not ideal for solar.  The quote was adjusted down for a smaller system.  I understood that they were oversizing the system, so I wan't surprised.  Your roof may be simpler, but beware that this can happen. <br />"

"I liked that the guy got on the roof, took measurements and verified what I told him. There was a problem with wiring across the roof and he did not think he could do it. He then called me back at a later time and told me it would be doable. Nothing that I could think of could be approved on."

"Overall the contractors are very friendly. The project manager addressed all concerned issues as best he could. The roof looks better than it was or even better. I hope with the recent sunny weather, the seals can have a stronger cure. Thank you for securing the roof at the end of each day to make sure all seams are weatherproof. & Thank you for allowing multiple visits to check on the project’s progress and providing a walkthrough of the daily itinerary. The price was a little high but reasonable for the quality, customer service, jobs needed to be done, company’s insurances/liability and so much more. The bonus courtesy patch was a definite life saver during the rainy season. I’ll definitely refer my friends and family for any future work."
