He preformed air quality monitoring and had the felt lining (between the subfloor and tiles) tested the same day. During the process he kept me updated and even sent pictures. They didn't split the boards or take the nails out. Since then, I have taken care of all of that. It took them a long time. They put the stuff where we told them, but leaving the wood with nails in it wasn't professional."
