"Things went well/better than i expected. Technician diagnosed quickly that one of the circuit breakers on the outside panel was bad and replaced with a new 20 amp breaker. Was pleased not only with the outcome, but was also impressed with the technicians professionalism and willingness to to explain things honestly with tips & advice to avoid future problems as well as possibly upgrading equipment (circuit breakers/panel) in the distant future to avoid problems without being pushy to make a sale. "This is a horrible business. They lie about what time their technicians will show up. They told me I would be the first appointment of the day and then when I called at 8:30 because they were an hour late the secretary on the phone lies and said, "He's running a little late." Fast forward to 11, and now the technician is 3.5 hours late and I call again, and the same secretary just decides to be honest and say yeah you weren't the first appointment of the day, you're actually third. My original appointment I made was for yesterday, which I called out from work to be home for and apparently they never wrote it in their books even though they confirmed it with me over the phone. They just lie and lie and lie. Can't even speak to a manager to file a complaint because he's never in the office."
