"Iâ m pretty handy and thought I could swap out some outlets, switches and install a new dimmer switch and move a 2-gang switch box further down the wall. Iâ m glad I called the folks at â All Electric, LLCâ because they found (and solved) some weird wiring issues with my older home. I would never have been able to do this on my own. They always arrived on time, their labor estimate was â spot onâ accurate and their pricing was very reasonable. â All Electric, LLCâ really did some great work and they will be my first choice in the future.Â"

"We have a 200k sqft warehouse that had lighting issues due to a bad batch of originally installed lighting fixtures. We called them to quote a new system and instead, they saved us moeny. Their team did all the heavy lifting, from identifying that it should be warranty work, to working with the vendor for obtaining replacements and doing the swap out, all at 60' in the air and getting it done efficiently with zero workflow interruptions in the warehouse. They were professional, timely in both communications and execution, and overall easy to work with. We will gladly contract them again, they took a daunting and difficult task, did all the leg work and then completed the job above and beyond expectations."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Belton, TX

Because installing coax outlets involves working around existing electrical wiring and confirming proper grounding, many homeowners prefer to hire a licensed electrician. A professional completes the work safely, secures the line behind the wall, and ensures the installation meets local code, which reduces the risk of damage or future repairs.

You still need a coaxial outlet for most cable-based internet services. The modem draws its signal from a cable line that terminates at a dedicated wall jack. Once the modem is online, your Wi-Fi router can broadcast the signal throughout the home, so the outlet’s location doesn’t affect wireless performance. If an existing jack is damaged or in an inconvenient spot, an electrician can move it or install a new one to maintain a strong, reliable connection.

Coaxial cable loses signal strength the farther it runs. A 50-foot length introduces noticeable loss, and a 100-foot stretch can drop the signal by roughly 30%. A weaker signal can result in a fuzzy picture or slower internet speeds. To maintain high performance, limit cable length whenever possible, select the correct cable grade, and route it efficiently. If your layout demands an exceptionally long run, an electrician can install an inline amplifier to boost the signal and maintain picture or data quality.
