"Abel and his crew did outstanding work, and during every step of the process Abel was attentive and knowledgeable. When we set up the estimate, Abel gave a window for the appointment, called when he was close by, and arrived towards the beginning of that window. I had drawn up a sketch with dimensions of what I wanted the patio to look like. He marked the outline of the patio for us so that we could get a sense of the scale, and after asking us a few questions he took more precise measurements. Before he left he gave us an estimate and answered our remaining questions. He sent us a formal proposal a few days later. We got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with Abel primarily because of the positive interactions we had with him. His price was also very competitive. As soon as we signed a contract, Abel got us on the schedule and started work within a few weeks. His team did a great job and were efficient with their work. Thanks to the dry weather, they finished the project within a week. We knew that some lawn damage was unavoidable given the required machinery for the work, and once the work was completed, Abel’s crew reseeded/fertilized the parts of the lawn that were impacted. They even reseeded some bald spots that they were not responsible for. Throughout the week, Abel regularly checked in with us, and he was quick to remedy a few minor things that we brought up at the end of the project. We love our new patio and steps, and are very grateful to Abel and his team for their dedicated and superior work. "Existing plants (azaleas and iris) were moved and replaced without a problem. Carefully worked around old wisteria vine without issues. Wall was installed exactly as expected. Encountered unexpected problems with plugged existing drainage pipes which needed to be replaced. This was done at a minimum of extra cost and the replaced drainage system was better than the one originally in place. This understandably delayed completion of project by about a week which was otherwise on time and within budget. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and accessible. I definitely would use them again."

"I was very happy with the flagstone patio work performed by Pro Landscapes. Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."
