From initial phone/email contact appointment was made and kept in a timely matter. Work was completed per contract. Owner very personable. Did not require payment until work was completed. He said that costs extra. When his guys prepped to paint, they sanded my walls and didn't even sweep up the plaster dust. We tracked white dust through the house.
