"We had difficulty with the installer/worker doing the job in that he had a poor eye for detail and had to correct his work after our walk way was installed 7 inches off center. He was argumentative and stubborn when discussing the issue and only proceeded to correct the issue after my wife and I laid the first few courses of paves ourselves. The owner of the business, Trish, was accommodating and knocked a couple hundred dollars off the contract to compensate us. We are more or less happy with the final result, but getting there was a challenge."

We discussed work that needed to be done- sealcoating and crack fills. We were able to negotiate the quote. I admit the quote was not the lowest of the three bids I received from companies BUT Lou seemed the most upfront of what we could expect.
