DMC removed the entire wall and the shale and soil which had sunk and caused the concrete parking pad to crack and sink within a few days. He constructed a new wall of Normandy blocks backed with stones and gravel, a new drainage system, and finished with permeable pavers which effectively addresses the large amount of rain water we get in the east Tennessee mountains. He put in a pretty rock border, redesigned a flower bed and put in Zoysia sod that everyone else said was too hard to get. And he even fixed the sprinkler system!
