"Joel is a great person to work with. He and another company cam out and gave me a quote for landscaping and I took the "company" that bid under him. That was a huge mistake. After 3 months and $3000 dollars down the drain, I fired that guy and called Kouski to come out and give me a new quote to fix what the other guy did. He basically had to rip out everything and start anew. Kouski held no grudges with me for initially going with someone else and just wanted to make it right. He was very upset that other guy gave his profession a bad name. Joel made it look great and did it all in 3 days. The only wait we had was for the large stepping stones which had to be special ordered and the weather. Once they arrived and the weather cooperated, the work progressed daily until completed. At times they worked into the early evening. The owner worked with us each step of the way and adjusted as we modified our plans. "Initially it was horrible, they would schedule an appointment and be a no show.? They were instructed to keep my gates locked and someone had to be home and they showed up when no one was here.? they were not very thorough initially as far as being able to meet my needs and take care of things. I finally got the manager involved after submitting a very negative review. The regional manager finally called me and unfortunately had to sale my home and discontinue service.? I would call customer service and they would be polite and tell me they were sorry but would never get nothing done. It took them 3 scheduling to begin with before they would come out and do the yard. They would say one thing and then do another. They are a little expensive. I didn't see a huge difference in the quality of myself doing it vs theirs."

He was very nice, no pressure at all. We can set the schedule of mowing (once a week, every 2 weeks, etc). We are planning to use him the rest of the summer. <br />"
