"The first person came to do this job but left many pieces out of the installation. He did such a poor job of mounting the 55" TV that it began leaning lopsided! Gilbert came to undo all the first person messed up. Gilbert assembled and mounted my 55 inch TV on a large stand that he had to put together again correctly after taking down the awful job done by Diego. Gilbert had no problem with the complex instructions and did a fine job even going out to get screws that had been inserted incorrectly. Gilbert was professional and worked quickly. I would use him again without hesitation."

"Unbelievable. It's like getting a brand new door. Ron replaced the glides, weatherstripping and rollers on an old aluminum sliding patio door. Ron is extremely efficient and replaced everything in about 45 minutes. The cost may seem high, but it's much cheaper than a new door and now it works like new. Absolutely worth the price paid."

"The owner , Daneil,  of Lock Genius was out of town but sent an affiiate ( who didn't work directly with him) over right away to assess our issue with door handle that would not work. The owner, Daniel was the nicest and most hard-working person I have probably ever dealt with for service/maintenance issues with our property or home. His affiliate charged $74 to assess issue and I waited a couple weeks for a call back to hear about what parts had been ordered and for a replacement but when I did not hear back I called Daniel and he went to work on it right away - the part was hard to obtain and he called may people to try to find a part but when he could not he figured out a way to use another part to work instead saving us  quite a bit of $ (replacement of door handle would have been $500-600 but in the end parts and labor by Daniel were only $174 more.) He even took a look at some othr things in our loft unit we were concerned about unrelated to the door/lock.  He was always so eager to help , kind and responsive by phone. I woudl highly recommend Daniel to anyone! <br />"

"The shutter replacement went very well and everyone was very complementary about the new shutters. The laundry area door replacement ended up nice but I had/still have concerns. The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great. I am a little concerned about the filled area over time."

"I originally hired Carlos to install some new vanity tops and sinks and to repair and paint my deck. I was preparing my house for sale. After discussing with my agent the list of things to do grew substantially. Carlos stepped up and ended up taking on all the work. He (and his crew) removed popcorn ceiling, painted walls, ceilings, stair bannisters, cabinet doors, front door, steps and he installed a new vanity, tiled, fixed plumbing issues, fixed electrical issue with switches, repaired and installed blinds. Caulked and sealed and even removed a dead rodent in the crawl space! He did all this in a VERY tight timeline as I needed to get the house on the market. He worked long hours and when little stuff cropped up her came back to fix or change. He is polite, responsive and professional. He kept me informed of what he found and any needed changes and provide receipts for supplies quickly. I gave him a key and I was very comfortable with him working when I was at work. All in all a very good experience and I will use him again."

"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. The driver was very careful with the car and very courteous."

"Petersen Dean did a great job: first they were thorough in helping me understand the quote; they made the case why this was good to do early in the year; they did the work professionally; they kept us updated on progress; they explained the finished product. The final inspection scheduling with the city resulted in two no shows by the city employee; they waited HOURS to get the project signed off. No complaining by the very patient PD employee!"

"Both Crow and Andrew were extremely professional, punctual and efficient.  The job required a lot of creativity and patience, which Crow had in abundance.  He offered helpful suggestions to make the move work.  He continually kept me updated on progress and let me know what was left to do.  We had to be at our jobs while the project was being done so Crow just came and went as needed (and graciously reminded me every morning not to set the home alarm system!). <br /> Also, many other contractors did not think there was enough space for the move.  Crow, however, measured the entire area and figured out a way to maneuver the fridge into the space.  I asked several contractors for estimates and most were not even close to the estimate Crow gave me.   <strong>Crow's price is extremely fair.</strong> <br /> Thanks to Crow, our kitchen has a lot more area in which to install cabinets and the fridge is now in a custom built space.  Custom built space for the fridge looks like it has always been that way!   <strong>Clearly Crow is a perfectionist and it is reflected in his finished work.</strong> The finished project was amazing!! <br /> In addition to the project for which we asked, Crow and Andrew took care of a very inconvenient plumbing problem under our house. When they noticed the funky smell in our garage (we didn't know where it was coming from and kept looking for problems somewhere in the garage), they invstigated and found the source of the problem.  A main pipe, located under the house, was old and corroded to the point it had a hole the size of a half dollar in it! It had been leaking for sometime and there was a large puddle of stagnant water.  This leaking pipe was completely unrelated to the project they were hired to do.  Crow and Andrew took the time to replace the corroded pipe, clear out the stagnant water and put kitty litter under the home to sanitize the area and absorb the excess water and smell.   <br /> I will use Crow for any additional projects we may have in the future.  He has a wait list but it is more than worth the wait!   <strong>I simply cannot say enough good things about Crow!</strong> <br /> <br />"
