"I've posted a few other places because these folks were really impressive. So fast! A tree fell onto our roof from our property during a wind storm. We got a recommendation from a friend and after we decided to go with Red Diamond, they were fast getting started. We had our old roof removed and new one installed in less than two weeks. Install day was educational and really easy. The entire roof removed and replaced by the afternoon because they brought a lot of workers and our single-story ranch made it a little quicker too. Still, fast. They finished by checking the entirety of our property with magnets a couple of times making certain there weren't left over nails anywhere. I appreciate the thoughtfulness. One last notable thing, our neighbor watched the whole thing go down from across the street. "We are 100% pleased with Roof WorX, especially their Leads, Barry and Arron. We had 4 roofs done this summer of 2020 by Roof WorX, 3 houses and one large garage, Barry and Arron were very attentive to details and had experienced crews for different aspects of the roofing. They were on schedule and held to budget. Roof WorX Gutter crew, owned and supervised by Israel, suggested improvements to our gutter locations and the final was perfect. The obvious mess of tearing off roofing was cleaned up and removed from each premises. Barry and Arron have been back for follow ups and to make sure we are happy with all 4 roofs. "Tyler from Greenpoint Roofing has managed all of our roofing contracting needs, along with handling our insurance company as well! He worked with us since the very beginning and has stuck with us until even after the roof was installed. Our insurance company was really digging in their heels not to have to pay for painting our house. However, Tyler stuck with it and continued to provide the insurance adjuster photos and estimates from multiple painting companies, in support of our claim. The insurance company finally paid for house painting due to Tyler's diligence and follow through. We decided to go with Greenpoint because we had received stellar reviews from a neighbor, plus there are all A++ ratings and reviews online. We did our homework: checking out reviews online, researching the type of superior roofing materials Greenpoint uses, and so on. We found that everything Tyler spoke was the truth, whereas other companies we met with were not so honest and transparent. Our roof went on as scheduled, without a hitch and we were able to pass inspection by the local city/county inspector. We had neighbors that chose to go with companies other than Greenpoint and they failed their inspections - wow! We were so pleased that Tyler was diligent and strictly managed our project over a period of about 5 months (us waiting on the insurance company, weather dependencies, inspectors, etc.) We have nothing but great things to say about Greenpoint Roofing and Tyler Urbania, specifically.
