"The repair was completed timely and service was very professional. The work was completed properly and the workers were very friendly. I would recommend to anyone needing repairs or a new roof installed."

"They replaced our damaged roof and they were great to work with. Eugene was exceptionally professional and conscientious. I will be recommending Estate Exteriors to my friends."

"I recently bought a 2-flat with a flat roof that was in really rough shape and especially difficult, it was multiple layers deep and completely in shambles. David and team did an outstanding job: 1. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get this done given the severity of the issues and the difficulty of the project. All this to say, I would absolutely recommend APR Roofing for your roofing and masonry needs - they were efficient, cost effective, transparent and honest. They also did an amazing job as you can tell by my attached pictures."

"We needed a roof replacement and were looking for a company we could trust. Berg Roofing did a great job on our roof from start to finish They delivered exactly what was promised at the price quoted, with no high-pressure sales tactics. We also appreciated that they provided a list of local homes with the shingle colors we were considering, which made the decision much easier. Working with Nick made the process simple and stress-free. He was responsive, kept us informed about scheduling, and clearly explained our options and pricing. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless when they were done. Their workmanship was impressive. We?re extremely happy with the results and would confidently recommend Berg Roofing to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality service."

"Well organized crew. Supervision was at my house in advance of materials being delivered. Confirmed scope of work and material delivery correct. Crew did an amazing job installing the joists, and even took the extra time to reset the existing joists to ensure optimal spacing. Respected my property, and cleaned up everything. Will definitely hire again."

"We needed to replace the roof, gutters and add gutter guards. We contacted Homeadvisor about roof replacement, 4 companies called within 2 days. All had excellent reviews and I'm sure all will do a good job. We choose A&D over the others was because Roman(A&D appraiser) was so easy to work with and very detail with his recommendations. Every one had drones to fly over our roof for their estimates. Roman was the only one that climbed up on our 2 story roof to checkout everything. Also, the A&D bid was about 10% lower than the other bids for the work we needed. So far, we're extremely happy with our decision."

"We were very pleased with A&D Exteriors. We got estimates from 3 potential roofers. A&D offered a lot of services and material for a very competitive price. Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were extra careful with the plantings around the house, protecting everything, and meticulous in the clean-up. This was important to us because we just had some new landscaping put in. It couldn’t have gone better. We would certainly recommend A&D Exteriors."
