They were courteous and went about their business skillfully.  They  helped with some moving of furniture I wasn't able to complete prior to their arrival as expected by the installer.  After the installation they managed some small tasks I asked for even though it was not something expected of the installation team.
Ironically another team of installers working on a neighbor's AC stood around for at least 30 minutes observing the window installation team as if to admire them.
