"We had an amazing experience with PRS following water damage in our kitchen. Drew came out the same day to assess the extent of the damage and identify next steps, and oversaw all mitigation efforts. Mike was the person who facilitated the repair, which included various contractors to handle floors, cabinets, and tile. Absolutely everyone we interacted with was incredibly courteous and professional. They understood that this was not a voluntary remodel on our part, and went above and beyond to make it as smooth an experience as possible. Mike, in particular, was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure that every single detail was attended to. We are so incredibly grateful to PRS for somehow making this a positive experience, and we'd enthusiastically recommend them!"

"Jimmie was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Of the estimates and recommendations I received for mold remediation in my crawlspace, I thought Jimmie's approach seemed the most logical and thorough. Pricing was fair, and the service was prompt with regular communication from him and his team about progress and next steps. He even performed an extra preventative measure that wasn't included in the estimate. I highly recommend this company."

"They did a great job on our home. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional, respectful, and courteous. They listened carefully to all of our needs and put together an effective strategy to handle our mold remediation project. I would highly recommend them!"

"Odyssey Contracting Replaced the defective shingles on our home in 2019. After a heavy rain and wind our roof developed a leak. After one call to Odyssey, they send Carlos and his crew and repaired the leak and then a crew to paint the stained wall and ceiling all under warrantee. They were professional and courteous"

"Josh and Luis and their crew from Moisture Solutions did a professional job in my crawl space area sistering joists and repairing an outerband beam. They were prompt and always kept me informed of when they were coming and the progress of the work they were doing. They cleaned up the job site and on top of that they were pleasant, respectful, and friendly. I would hire them again without hesitation! They deserve a 5 star review!"

"Very polite! He really gave us peace of mind by giving great advice about what the next steps should be after our mold test. Would definitely use them again if needed."

"It was fine.

It was just normal.

Normal what I expected, I can't say it was anything magnanimous or what have you, I needed the carpets clean as well and I needed the tile clean, I had expect the tiles to be a little bit cleaner but yeah no big sweat that I needed to do it so it was okay."

"Junior Green and his Clean Hands Painting and Construction crew did an excellent job saving our screened in porch. We had a contractor who had spent 11 months (yes 11 months) installing a screened in porch and he was simply not able to finish the job. We became fed up and found Junior and he was promptly out to review the work and recommend how to fix it. He was able to correct all of the issues with standard construction practices that our last contractor ignored. He made sure that the screened porch was redesigned to protect against water and last for the long term without issues every few years from water damage. In addition to his knowledge of good construction practice he also made our porch look beautiful. Hats off to Junior and his crew for amazing construction work as well as stepping in and redesigning our porch for beauty and longevity. --Doug Young"

"Even with delays caused by the holidays, an unexpected death in my family, excessive cold and rain, the job was outstanding. I received three excellent bids from Angie's List contractors. Each had a different approach, but I chose Pro-Clean due to the thoroughness of the approach. Their approach took care of all of my crawlspace's problems & sins - past, present, and future. This was a problem that I wanted fixed right, and never to deal with a mold issue again.
Brian submitted a thorough and knowledgeable review and bid, which also included detailed pictures. Even after I had to change the start date last minute, commencement began on newly scheduled time. The crew came each morning and worked a full day. They worked quickly, quietly, politely, and efficiently. They protected all my tools and equipment from the rain while they were outside. There were many thoughtful touches, such as painting the drain pipe of the Gravity System to blend in with the ground, and placing extra vapor barrier in the "working" area of the crawlspace where there will be tools stored and foot traffic. They even spotted a split dryer vent and slow toilet leak, neither of which I knew about.
They did not cut corners in workmanship, and Brian was there everyday to check work in progress. Even though I loathed to spend all this money on something I didn't want to deal with, I must say I am happier to have had it done. Now I KNOW my crawlspace is in good shape: clean, dry, and mold free. I am confident I can call upon Brian or Michael Thurston of Pro-clean should any issue arise in the future. I recommend this company without reservation.
