"Very professional and skilled at what they do. On time and efficient. Repaired sheet rock, filled all holes before painting great room. Painters were all very pleasant and careful to cover up everything and clean up everything when they were done. My painted kitchen cabinets are beautiful!! Jesus - their cabinet guy -is a pro at finishing cabinets. They took great care to caulk, fill holes and sand before painting. The cost was very reasonable for the time spent getting everything done and the quality of work! I will definitely hire again!"

"Ralph came out and took the measurements and provided an estimate within a few days of contact. The original plan was to get the counters installed within a week or so. It took a little longer than that but the delays were primarily because of bad weather. For the most part I was happy with the work the installers did. Most of the tops looked great. There was one top which was poorly done. I called Ralph and he sent the installers out to fix it the same day. They ended up needing to cut a new piece of stone so it took 4 or 5 days before they got it fixed but it all looks good now. My only real complaints would be the installers were a bit messy and didn't clean up real well after themselves. They also got a little sloppy when cutting on the cabinets under the sink to make it fit. I only give overall A ratings to companies who pull a job off without a hitch. Ralph was easy to work with and addressed all my concerns reasonably. He also responded well and thanked me for bring up the few issues I had. Hopefully it helps everyone out in the future. Very happy with the stone and overall value. In the end I would recommend Take-Us-For-Granite. <br />"

"Nick and Randy did a great job in installing crown molding through our living room, dining room and kitchen Nick is retired and doesn't take on major jobs but he is a skilled carpenter who will do some nice work for you at a reasonable cost. We will definitely call him for future work around our home. We had purchase the molding so the cost is for labor."

"hhMy mothers home required some exterior siding repairs and panel replacement plus some repairs to the chimney siding and trim. There were also some cracks in the interior walls due to house settling that needed repair and repainting. The work was performed in a timely manner even though it rained many days interfering with exterior work schedules. Mr. Keen had crews out either as scheduled or as rescheduled due to the weather conditions. The rescheduled work was actually performed ahead of the planned rescheduled date which was greatly appreciated. I was in from out of town to oversee the repairs and the consideration Mr. Keen showed to get crews in earlier than planned was truly appreciated. <br /> Mr Keen was excellent to work with, prompt and friendly. His painter was excellent as well. Did a beautiful job of matching existing interior and exterior colors and making the repairs look as if they never existed. I'm very pleased with the painters work! The two men doing the siding repair weren't quite as talented as the painter but Mr. Keen met with me, reviewed the craftsmanship and addressed my concerns. No excuses or debate, just action! Ultimately all the work was performed to our complete satisfaction. <br /> I would highly recommend Keen Construction for residential work and would happily hire them again.
