"Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The guys worked hard and when the floor had been cleaned and sealed it looked very clean almost like new. We were very pleased. Their work exceeded our expectations. When I talked to the person who took my request, he didn't want to lose my business, so he worked out for another crew to come out. The other crew did a good job, my windows were very clean. I will have them back if I get the same crew. Update: I spoke with Will on the phone last Friday and he asked what he can do to fix me being unsatisfied.
