"I hired American Way Landscaping to repair my gabion wall that the light weight rocks all washed off of and instal a staircase over the rocks so that we can get to the water. I added a gate to the steps as an after thought to keep my neighbors young kids safe and block access to the water and sand. These guys are THE BEST contractors that I have ever had!!!! Jesus really listens to your project requests that you want done and gives you all the options that you have. He shows you digital images, so you get a better idea what your finish project will look like too. Not once, have I looked outside and saw any of them sitting around or wasting time, even with those mega hot days. I brought them out ice pops to try to cool off. They worked as they ate them too. Their hard work and finished projects caught the eye of neighbors and I believe they scored 2 more jobs, and I am sure they will score more as other neighbors see them! I know that I will hire them again!"

"They did a complete porch teardown and build. They did such a fantastic job. Family owned business, walked us through the process, listened to our concerns, and was very talented and knowledgeable. Price was very very reasonable compared to all other quotes. We would 100% recommend!! I actually already told my Dad to call for his retaining wall and patio. We are already discussing hiring them for other projects!"

"Top 1 Chimney Company replaced our roof and installed new flashing around the chimney. The team worked efficiently, protected our landscaping, and completed the project on schedule. The new roof looks amazing, and we haven’t had a single leak since. Highly recommend them for roof replacement and chimney flashing installation."

"To Whom it may concern, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take the time to share my recent experience with Sage Landscaping, located in Beachwood. Typically, I am not the type of person who writes reviews, but I felt compelled to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding work and service we received. From the outset, the professionalism exhibited by the owner, Jack, was remarkable. Jack demonstrated a level of consideration, understanding, and flexibility that is truly rare in today’s service industry. His price quote was not only reasonable but actually better than three other bids we had obtained, making the decision to choose Sage Landscaping all the more straightforward. What sets Sage Landscaping apart, however, goes beyond just pricing. Jack and his team embody the true meaning of customer service. They consistently went above and beyond the outlined scope of work stated on the bill. I was particularly impressed by their dedication to the to the job."

"Simply an unbelievable experience. Right from the beginning we knew we were in good hands. Charlie wasted no time reviewing our needs and within 5 minutes had an estimate. With one of the vendors it took 5 days to get an estimate. Crazy. Our new steps and front walk look amazing. In short, Charlie is an artisan. He and his team will be back in the spring to replace/expand our driveway. What's really cool is I can now tell anyone needing masonry work that I know a guy. Hire Charlie...and you will too!"

"Their are a wide variety of block for retaining walls, pavers for patios or driveways, and so much more. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in helping with what is necessary for our project."
