"We hired them to paint the exterior of the house, replace some rotted boards and replace the gutters. They are not the lowest price in town, and there work quality was pretty good. However, they rushed to get the job done quickly and did not clean up properly. I found more than 100 nails on the patio, porches and brick walkways, in places where people will be walking in next week's graduation party. I had to go around the house picking up debris and paint chips. On the positive side, they were prompt, polite and didn't try to convince us to do things we didn't need to do, so we found them trustworthy."

Because the bottom half of the door was exposed to extreme sun, that half would always peel making it diffiult to match the top half, so I decided to paint the entire door. "We hired Clean Cut Painting for a $20K job based on their quick quote and no deposit. While work started fast, the experience went downhill. There were surprise charges, and key items like door handles and outlet covers were removed but never reinstalled. Paint was left on floors, tile, and even on our carpet. When I brought up the carpet damage, Matt said, ?It needed to be replaced anyway??even though we had told him it wouldn?t be. Wall hardware and mirrors were removed with permission, but instead of being reinstalled, everything was tossed in the garage and mixed with trash.
