"I'm recommending Precision Home Care for cleaning and handyman work as well as general construction. I found PHC when I needed an industrial level cleaning at my neglected second home. Heather and her crew were not put off by the size of the job. They gave me a very fair price and their work was excellent. I was so happy with it that I asked her team to do some handyman work. Just like with the cleanup, the handyman work was done very well and on a timely basis. This gave me the motivation to get some bigger projects done, like replacing my old windows with energy efficient ones, among other general construction jobs. The team has been wonderful - fast, clean, skilled and pleasant to have around. They met with the window seller to measure and discuss how to fit the replacement windows in my old, not-square window sashes. The window seller went out of his way to tell me that "my guys" really knew their stuff. I already knew that, but it was good to hear from another source. Heather is the point person. "Long, but good. We had lots of back and forth about the design, on-site discussions, and several drawings before we ever signed a contract. All professional, well thought out, and frequently with just the right amount of good humor. While it seemed expensive, the number of people involved and the amount of materials were impressive. They did innovative footings to keep from concreting my whole back yard and covered it all with zero maintenance materials. They built the new deck enough higher that my wife can roll into the back door in her wheelchair. AIP's subcontractors were expert and friendly. Materials arrived quickly and they made sure the ramp was usable ahead of my wife's ankle surgery. None of the crew used any bad language and everybody seemed to get along. When the building inspector asked for some additional railings near the top of the ramp, they offered me choices, and charged no additional money for the time and materials to add four sections of railing with balusters."

"I cannot say enough great things about our experience!! We have extensive water damage on 3 floors, a HUGE mess! Called them & they sent Charlie within 2 hours. He told me it was going to be a huge undertaking from the start & reassured me they would start right away without needing a deposit or down payment & they would deal with the ins. co. They were there with blowers and dehumidifiers by the end of the day. We had an independent adjuster come and it's a blessing. Matt is dealing with all the issues AND the ins. co. We've only dealt with an ins. co once in past and got ripped off. Matt arranged housing (hotel, etc) while we rebuild. Mark, the proj. manager from J.B. Day, and his whole crew was amazing. had us fully packed and moved out, & the house demoed in 3 days. Pleasant, hard working, safe and thorough. totally cleaned it all. I reached out to them and Wayne, the owner, got back to me within a day and we set up a time for him to come over. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and got back to us with a plan as well as multiple pricing options to give us a few options for the work we needed done. We chose the option that was the best fit for us and hired them for the project, what a great decision that turned out to be! Wayne took care of everything for us including ordering all of the items and having them delivered to our home. He and his partner showed up exactly when they said they would and were very professional & friendly, we couldn't believe how quickly everything came together. My husband added a couple of extra items to the list, as well as some things needed more work than we had expected once they removed doors from our home. Everything was completely removed and rebuilt as needed, at the end of each day everything was cleaned up with no mess left behind.
