"Long, but good. We had lots of back and forth about the design, on-site discussions, and several drawings before we ever signed a contract. All professional, well thought out, and frequently with just the right amount of good humor. While it seemed expensive, the number of people involved and the amount of materials were impressive. They built the new deck enough higher that my wife can roll into the back door in her wheelchair. AIP's subcontractors were expert and friendly.
