"I'm recommending Precision Home Care for cleaning and handyman work as well as general construction. I found PHC when I needed an industrial level cleaning at my neglected second home. Heather and her crew were not put off by the size of the job. They gave me a very fair price and their work was excellent. I was so happy with it that I asked her team to do some handyman work. Just like with the cleanup, the handyman work was done very well and on a timely basis. This gave me the motivation to get some bigger projects done, like replacing my old windows with energy efficient ones, among other general construction jobs. The team has been wonderful - fast, clean, skilled and pleasant to have around. They met with the window seller to measure and discuss how to fit the replacement windows in my old, not-square window sashes. The window seller went out of his way to tell me that "my guys" really knew their stuff. I already knew that, but it was good to hear from another source. Heather is the point person. "James did a great job with a new side door access on our garage.  This involved cutting through a load-bearing wall, building custom reinforced framing, installing a pre-hung door, installing trim inside and out, and building a custom step for the outside.  He picked up a door my wife and I selected at Home Depot and painted it to match our exterior wall.  I was very impressed with his attention to detail, helpful suggestions, and ability to work around the inevitable home repair challenges (fortunately nothing major; but what would have stopped me dead in my tracks were only minor road bumps for him).  He arrived on time and worked hard the whole 2 days.  He had the right tools and knew how to use them.  His price is reasonable, given the materials cost and amount of labor he put into the project.  All in all a great experience. <br /> <br />"

"I cannot say enough great things about our experience!! We have extensive water damage on 3 floors, a HUGE mess! Called them & they sent Charlie within 2 hours. He told me it was going to be a huge undertaking from the start & reassured me they would start right away without needing a deposit or down payment & they would deal with the ins. co. They were there with blowers and dehumidifiers by the end of the day. We had an independent adjuster come and it's a blessing. Matt is dealing with all the issues AND the ins. co. We've only dealt with an ins. co once in past and got ripped off. Matt arranged housing (hotel, etc) while we rebuild. Mark, the proj. manager from J.B. Day, and his whole crew was amazing. had us fully packed and moved out, & the house demoed in 3 days. Pleasant, hard working, safe and thorough. totally cleaned it all. Told us what to expect the whole way. Amazing job on incredible mess. They come back at the end to move us back in! Definitely will use them again!!!!"

Wayne took care of everything for us including ordering all of the items and having them delivered to our home. He and his partner showed up exactly when they said they would and were very professional & friendly, we couldn't believe how quickly everything came together. My husband added a couple of extra items to the list, as well as some things needed more work than we had expected once they removed doors from our home.
