"Would not recommend Gonzales & Sons. Contacted them to have a leak repaired. The initial contacts were fine although not ideal (took about 3 weeks to get on their schedule--totally understand, they have other customers/jobs). However, the work was shoddy and the leak returned 3 weeks afterwards during the first storm after the repair. They gave me a 3-month warranty, so I figured it would be no problem. Boy was I wrong. I respectfully sent emails and left voicemails at their office. One of the 7 times I called someone actually picked up, took my information, said they would look at the file and call me back that afternoon. I have received no additional communications despite calling and emailing once per day, including giving them ample time to contact me prior to posting this review. They do not stand behind their work, their warranty, or their word. Find someone else."
