"Excellent service was provided. The guys were professional, efficient and did a quality job. Showing flexibility, Jacob was able to adjust his schedule to fit my project into the requested timeframe. I’ll happily use these guys again the next time I need windows cleaned."

"Provider is a business of cleaning properties.  Charge is $35 an hour per cleaner and they provide all equipment.
Home was about 2200 square feet.  Only 2 months old so pretty clean, dusty because still building nearby, but not grimy dirt, 2 adults and a big poodle.  With 3 ladies cleaning it took a long time - 7 + man hours  $235 - and one room was missed and they didn't have the equipment to dust the fans which my husband asked of them.
They did reduce the fee from 7 hours to a little over 5.  They move very slow.
On another note, the scheduling was not the greatest.  They were not punctual.  I booked them a second time and on the day of they called and said a cleaner was sick so they weren't coming.  Which is ok, I understand but by then it was time to move on to try someone else.

Thanks Teara and Courtney"

"Jones and his assistant arrived to our house on time and got right to work. I checked out their equipment and it appeared very well maintained. Their work was thorough and left our gutters sparkling clean. I would say they exceeded my expectations since our gutters had never been cleaned before . Good guys that have a growing business. I highly recommend Blackhawk"
