"Josh is a very personable and courteous young man. He came assessed the job and discussed options. Came the next morning on time and did a great job. Would definitely hire again."

"Very well and efficient! Dylan was punctual and got the job done! Cleaned up every bit. Had to dig and made sure to replace the dirt and grass back to where it belonged. Would absolutely hire again for a ‘handyman’ project. Thank you, Dylan!"

"The team from Brawny Builders exceeded my expectations. They worked so quickly and effectively. I was unable to be home while they completed the project. The whole time I recieved frequent updates including pictures and they always left things clean. They were sure to ask if I had any concerns and addressed them immediately when I did. Their price was the most affordable out of all of my quotes by far! It took more time than expected for my windows to come in but they were frequently checking in when they got tracking updates. The most impactful part of this project was their respect for me as a single mom and their willingness to engage with my toddlers on the few occasions that we were all around the house at the same time. I am already recommending them to everyone I know and will continue to do so! I look forward to hiring them for future projects in my home!"

"I had Mr Gerardo put a door and two windows on my house which he did a fantastic job on. He is very good at what he does and I’ll be sure to have him work on future projects."

""Me and my wife discovered an awesome deal on an Armoire on Craig’s List. When we went to the home in Hinsdale to look at it we knew it was a job for Dr J’s. It was 7 feet tall 4 1/2 feet wide and weighed over 500lbs. It had many awkward delicate edges and was tough to grip. I called Dave at Dr J’s and he quoted me a price on the phone. His team met me at the house to get the monster piece of furniture the next day. This thing was HUGE! Dave’s team got it out of the sellers house in one piece with not a scratch on it or the sellers $2,000,000 home. Then the hard part started when Dr J’s 3 guys manhandled this thing up a flight of stairs at my house. I was stressed out but Dr J’s team handled it like the pro’s they are. Need white glove service on large delicate items? Call Dr J’s team because they are the Pros!""

"Since my previous review of DNA I've kept employing Derek Esterline and his associates over and over again, as there's no end of things that need to be repaired/updated/replaced, etc, after thirty-some years of "deferred maintenance." Derek has recently taken on a new partner, John Wright, and I wanted to update my review with a note about how expertly he has fit into the business. John is conscientious, industrious, and a very quick study who appreciates the high levels of skill and experience Derek has to impart. Recently they've given my barn a complete makeover, replacing shoddy roofing, broken windows, siding and hardware as necessary, and power-washing and painting the exterior and trim so that it now looks like something you might find in Martha Stewart's back pasture. They've cleaned up severe storm damage, carefully taking down a huge maple limb that had been weakened and left hanging perilously over the road by gale-force winds. In addition, John's in charge of the bookkeeping chores, cheerfully and diligently dealing with all the paperwork. That he's also an extraordinarily kind person is not necessarily relevant to a review like this, but to the extent that it speaks to a person's character I'll throw that in as well. (I've been so touched by the way he makes sure my very old, blind, dog gets his share of attention and doggie treats.) As far as I'm concerned, Derek and John are the Hallmark Cards of the repair business--for "when you care enough to hire the very best.""
