"The rain storm on the night of January 8, 2026 that dropped an incredible 2" of rain within a short period showed us we had a major roof leak coming into our attic and upstairs bedroom. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."
