"We had a lot of work completed on our home (read: an expensive job). We had a paver walkway installed. We had some irrigation work (ran downspouts underground to run off points) completed. We expanded gardens that didn't previously have any foundation plantings by adding trees and shrubs, and changed the outdoor lighting. The team was quick to secure and complete the work, but the problem has been the follow up / remediation. The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."

"The parking lot had just been paved with brand new asphalt. Later, the parking lot striping lines were improperly installed. They were crooked, not spaced properly and many had to be painted over and redone. The appearance (right in front of my office) is particlarly poor. I forwarded photographs of their work to the owner. She agreed that they needed to come back and correct the work. Due to the time of year, we agreed that she would contact me on April 15 to arrange the time for correcting their work. No contact was made as of April 15 as promised. My expectation was that she would come back and correct the work, which has not been done. I was informed by the aphalt paving company that attempting to correct the striping now would only damage the pavement and it would need to set for 2 years before attempting to correct it."
