"Trust me, just call them and be done calling folks! I called them about 3pm as I saw water flowing through my yard. They asked if I had water, to which I told them no that I had cut it off. I told them I could make it until morning if needed and they asked to call me back, had already heard this from several places but no one called back for several hours later....within 30 minutes I not only had a call back, but it was worked out to have someone here that day! Then, not only did they fixed the leak at hand...they tested the pressure and found a faulty pressure regulator to be the culprit and fixed the root of the problem for me. I cannot say enough great stuff about their honesty, professionalism and work ethic for treating customers like they would want to be treated!"

"Mr Stewart from Coleson Plumbing provided excellent service. He came to my house within an hour after my call, even though it was the end of his workday. He checked all the possibilities for water leaking from my hot water heater, and noted an additional problem with the water gauge, as well as, the water heater had been incorrectly installed. He took time to explain to me and my husband what was wrong and his recommendations. He was a very pleasant and informative individual. It was very evident that Mr Coleson takes pride in his work!! "They gave me an estimate on replacing a toilet and stuff. They were outrageously high. It was a ridiculous price. They came in real professional, they put stuff on their shoes and all that. I couldn't get in touch with them when I was going to get a sink disposal unit. Apparently we couldn't do it because we're on septic tank. I called the guy several times and I don't know if he ever tried to call me back or not. I don't think he made too much of an effort for it. I don't know if they were busy or what. It was probably about $200 or less for that. It was either a faucet or garbage disposal or something like that that they would install. I wanted to do a garbage disposal and found out we couldn't do it. The responsiveness when they were going to do the faucet or disposal had to be a 'D'"

"Serviced was performed. The technician and assistant arrived wearing masks. They were very polite and professional. He assessed the problem and provided me with two quotes: One, to unclog drain and repair garbage disposal. Two, unclog drain and replace garbage disposal. I chose the quote for a replacement.
