They say they give a full, no questions asked type warranty for I believe 6 months or something like that, and insist on a full refund. I say no, please, it took a good 2 hours to install the wire around my house -- let me pay for your out of pocket expenses! They insist on a full refund -- They are great, I'd absolutely use again.
