Dave spoke with me and determined that the issue was likely due to a substandard wire from the original system that had corroded. He volunteered that Hidden Fence could come out and bury a new wire, keeping the existing generator and collar at a significantly cheaper cost than purchasing an entirely new system. He turned me over to their installer, Bruce who promptly arranged a time to complete the work. They arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently, installing a higher grade wire. "Estimator came and described the fence options.  Competitive pricing for privacy fence.  Contractors completed work per schedule.  After fence was put up cracks appeared in multiple locations and bowing of fence walls created gaps in this new privacy fence. 
Owner came over and observed situation in a few days after contact for these issues, said $100 extra for labor to remove bowed fence walls that were creating gaps.  Not sure why they include this option up front or they could have let me know they were giving me a cheaper option up front (not sure why they would even offer) and then let me know this would have been needed anyways for true quality privacy.  Repair work was done promptly.  IMO its a good price, quality experience was a bit meh, but they give 5yr warranty on parts/workmanship so they'll come back and fix it up in a prompt manner either way.

"Very happy with owner, salesman, and work crew. They rescued me after another contractor started the fence, then walked off the job. They put up most of the fence in the winter, put up temporary fence in the spots that could not be done due to the season, then returned in the spring to finish. "It is a really beautiful fence and arbor.  After not having a fence facing the alley for many years, and finally deciding to have one, I wanted to have a quality fence to provide some privacy but done in a more open and creative style to complement my gardens.  Hal Morris and his workers exceeded my expectations for quality and style.  He was able to fulfill my requests for a built-in trellis on the fence.  The arbor is beautiful and very sturdy.  His craftsmanship is remarkable.   He did have a very busy schedule, and had to wait a bit to get it started, but it was well worth the wait.  If you are looking fencing ideas that for your property, he has an ability to see what will look good in a specific area.  Very happy with his services and would highly recommend him."
