These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. "Tom had done minor gutter work for us before, so I called him back for this project.  He arrived when promised to provide an estimate, and we agreed that day to have his company do our project.  There was a slight delay in getting to our project due adverse weather affecting projects scheduled ahead of ours, and I had to call him for an updated start date.  We agreed on when he could provide the updated start date; he then called back as promised to set that date.
   His crew showed up on time, and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner.  They clearly know what they're doing.

Good communication throughout from ordering to final clean-up. Nate was present on our property for all installation work. "Kaufman did a great job replacing my old shingled roof and a flat rubber roof that was over 30 years old. Possible costs were clearly detailed in my estimate. I was notified by email when crews were coming, and crews worked hard and quickly. Clean-up was good too. When I was picking shingles my instinct was to stick with the tried and true dark gray but the salesman urged me to check another option that was a little jazzier, if such a thing is possible with shingles. I chose those and I have to say it has enhanced the appearance of the house. So I appreciate being pushed a little out of my comfort zone! Gutters came a month after the roof was done but this is a busy summer and the job was not an emergency. When the crew came, they were pleasant and worked fast. Highly recommended!"
