"We purchased our home in May 2019 and a few months after we noted that the window well egress system that was installed when the home was built in 2012 was collapsing. The window well was cracking a stone and dirt were collapsing into the well. We researched the work that would be neccessary to replace the window well and decided to hire a professional to complete the work.
