"The process was very slow, from my July 10th deposit initiating the contract, to the installation on October 22. <br /> But, if you can wait, you will be pleased with the results. <br /> The craftsman resonsible for my project did a superb job of layout & design. More than a simple straight railing; it was one piece that needed to incorporate landings as well as a curved section.While the railing was a simple one rail design; architectual interest was created by vine embellishments on the posts. <br /> The railing is of heavy stock, with quality fit & finish, and should last many years. Beyond appearance, the railing is functionally placed & quite sturdy. <br />"

"Karl texted me right away and started the job after a few days. He arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job in one hour. All the work had to be done from a ladder (three stories). He returned for another job -- sanding and sealing my deck. He had replaced a worn board. Everything turned out well. I am very satisfied. Will be calling him for future jobs."

"Amazing. He found the problem - the middle speed on the fan was not connected which meant that the fan was just running on low, so the house was chilly. He discovered the prob and fixed it and stayed til he was sure the furnace could run on medium and high. Also he put in my wonderful nest thermostat. Definitely A+ I thought the price was very fair and reasonable."
