"Unbelievable how quickly these guys get work started and done. These guys had come out to assess the job within a day, had started the job within a few days, and after starting had finished the job on two and a half bathrooms and their mold issues in just a couple days. Between removing damaged surfaces, completely removing the mold, and protecting the surfaces, the job was done very cleanly and seemed to go very well."

"Wali Barack the project manager for water damage pro master was excellent in his service. He was extremely professional and experienced! He stayed with me through the entire dry out process. He was very thorough and inspecting everything even down to the studs. I will use them again in the future and will recommend and refer everyone to them."

"Jay was the mold inspector that came to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable about mold and did a visual inspection of the rooms on the north side of the house with the musty odor. He used a moisture meter on the wallboard, as well as looking in the attic for signs of water leakage. He also took three air test samples and sent them to a lab. The tests came back showing we have two molds that are allergens in high concentration in one of the two upstairs bedrooms. Based on the inspection and mold air test, he suggested that we start conservatively by having our 30 year old air ducts cleaned and disinfected, since mold can grow in airducts, especially when a whole house humidifier is used in the winter, which we use. MoldGone does not clean airducts, so we are using another company for airduct cleaning. He also recommended that we use a dehumidifier upstairs for two weeks. If the smell does not dissipate, then MoldGone will give us an estimate for remediation."

"Working with Justin and Adam Contracting was painless and the quality of work and timely completion of the job is commendable. Communications were great; they were always on time and if there was going to be a delay we were promptly notified. But most importantly is their integrity. There was a room which needed ceiling drywall repair that we had forgotten was part of the original estimate. Several days after we had paid the final invoice, we got a call from Justin stating they had forgotten to do the drywall repair in the room in question. They promptly set up a time at our earliest convenience and the repairs were made and the room looks great. Will definitely use Adam Contracting again and they are highly recommended."

"We had a pipe leak that caused water damage, and Yousef was the guy who showed up to help us. He was extremely professional, explained what needed to be done, and never made us feel pressured or confused about the process. He and his crew protected our belongings, removed the damaged materials, and made sure everything was properly dried. Yousef also stayed in communication with us throughout the job and answered every question we had. It?s hard to find this level of personal service anymore. Highly recommend Yousef and his team."

"They did a great job. I'm very happy. The staff was very friendly and they kept me informed of everything they did. I was very upset when I notice water damage in my home. I didn't know what to do. I called my insurance agent and they told me to call a water damage company. After reviewing my options I decided to call 3 companies to get quotes. Water Damage America Inc's project manager explained me in detail what was going to be done in my house and give me a estimate. They weren't the cheapest but they were the most professional when coming and give me the estimate. I am glad that I choose Water Damage America Inc to do the job."

"We had a problem with a drain from a window well that would result in continuous flooding in our basement. We were finally able to fix the problem with the drain and hopefully prevent further flooding. So we contacted two businesses about mold remediation and removal of the damaged drywall and paneling. The first company, provided a good estimate but they were not as professional or reliable as we wanted. After searching online we were able to located American Home Services and then used Angie's List and saw they had great reviews. I immediately called them about receiving a free estimate and they offered to be out at my house the next day to give us an estimate. The President of the company was the person who came out to give us our estimate. He was able to explain everything that would need to be done a reasonable time frame (2 days). I received the completed estimate within 24 hours and scheduled the appointment shortly there after. American Home Services responded on time and placed plastic down in the hallway that leads to our basement to prevent any damage to our floors. My wife and I then waited as they worked for the day and after they completed the days work, they then showed us the basement and what they completed. Overnight they left a dehumidifier and other equipment to complete the work. The next day they came back and hand cleaned any spots that weren't completely cleaned within the first day's work. After they were done, I was then shown the basement and the work that was done. I then received a receipt for the services and a print out of all the work/chemicals that were used in the basement during the repair. American Home Services then provided us with a warranty to come back and fix any problems within the first year. Overall American Home Services is a great business that is willing to work with their clients and make sure that their needs and concerns are met.

"We had used KJS before for cleanup related to a sewer line backup and were happy with their work, so we had high expectations when we hired them a second time.  This time, we asked them to get rid of all of the dirt, rocks, and dust left behind after two separate contractors did extensive jackhammering in our basement, first to replace the sewer line, and then to install drainage under our basement slab.  KJS gave us an estimate via e-mail since they already were familiar with our basement.  We then scheduled them, and they arrived right on time.  They stayed for several hours and cleaned just about every surface in our basement, even wiping down all of our storage bins, boxes, and other belongings that had accumulated a thick layer of construction dust.  Our basement now looks and smells much better.  We hope we'll never need this type of service again, but if we do, Kim, Jaime, and Steve will be our first call.
