I had couple of email exchanges trying to correct the terms and conditions to reflect exactly what I discussed. In spite of doing that the final contract omitted mentioning that the job includes the removal of the old fence, and that the fence has to project one foot at the garage door. I was therefore expecting some trouble at the installation time. Although the starting date got slightly delayed the crew that came to install the fence and remove the old fence did a wonderful job.
