"I wasn't really happy with them.  They're really bad about following up and the scheduling.  We paid for it and then they never contact us and said they would schedule the time to come out and they were never in.  So I called and said they forgot and so they came out and did the work.  They said they're going to come back and spray fertilizer but I don't think they ever did it.  I asked them to call up when they came because I wanted to be there and watch while they do it.  They didn't do that either.  I wasn't really satisfied with them.  The Big Deal states that they would call me when they get in and then they never showed up.  I sent them the suggested dates they never responded.  They apologized and said they would offer me a couple application of fertilizer and said they would come out.  I asked to call me but they never did. "
