"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

"I am a fairly accomplished do it yourself. Siding, window replacement and kitchens however Iâ m advanced in years and I draw the line at roofing. I am very particular as to how things are done, things have to be right or not at all. I found JI Roofing to share in my standards and in some ways they even exceeded them. There were not sel cited based upon price but they did prove to be the best value. They even went the extra mile (as I would) by eliminating a hump in the roof due to the house structure as originally built. Their attention to detail and quality and pride in workmanship were exceptional. At the end of a long day they completely replaced my roof and everything weather related up there and than took extreme care to clean the entire worksite better than they found it. ""Replacing a flat roof above an operating daycare required a different schedule from an ordinary residential project. The roof was leaking near a classroom and had soft areas around two drains, but weekday removal would have created too much noise over occupied rooms. We agreed on a weekend-heavy schedule with smaller finishing tasks completed during closed hours. Interior protection was installed above the affected classroom, storage cabinets, and the route to the roof hatch. The playground below the loading area was closed and covered during tear-off. Staff received a written schedule showing when each area would be unavailable. Removal confirmed wet insulation at both drains and one damaged deck section beside the parapet. The rest of the deck remained usable. New insulation, a single-ply membrane, drain flashing, and perimeter details were installed before the building reopened. The crew arrived earlier than the agreed time on the second weekend"

"Brothers Aluminum is the best. We recently had our roof, siding, and brickwork done by them. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of the work they did. Their crews, for each of the stages of the project, were timely, meticulous, obliging, careful, and clean. They handled every aspect of their job as if our house were their house. At the end of every day before they went home clean up from the day’s work was always done. Any request above and beyond the original scope was always addressed and handled. Mike, one of the owners, from the very first meeting to the last was always very helpful and knowledgeable. He came up with ideas in design that we never even thought of. He was always available for issues that may have arisen during the project. Phone calls, texts, or emails were always responded to immediately. In addition to what Brothers provided they also had very good references in terms of other things we wanted done like garage doors. Cost wise they were also very competitive. Actually if you look at the quality of the work as compared to the cost they were a bargain. All in all we would highly recommend Brothers Aluminum. I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them!
