"We hired Aiden to wash the windows in our new house. It took a couple days because they had equipment issues. (Understandable ) When they came back the second time, I expressed my concerns about the inside still being dirty and I pointed out the issues. They miss a few windows but others were done quickly with no attention to detail. They took out all the screens on the front porch and just left them in the front yard. He specifically told me they would put the screens back in. Now I need to find someone to fix what they did not complete. He did offer to come back but he can?t give me a day or time because he is too busy. He did after a bunch of back and forth agree to credit me 20%. It will cost me more to get the job done correctly. We are very disappointed. They seem like nice guys but they lack customers service skills."

We were looking to have a yard one day and Aliano made it happen with his team and expertise! He removed tree stumps, cut into the rocks to make it esthetically beautiful, smoother , and safer to walk by. He also made a stone pathway. The area is completely transformed and it is on steep hill. He also spoke to our neighbors about the work he was doing and made everything easier. I highly recommend you give him a call. He is high professional and reasonably priced. He also knows gives good advice for maintaining the work done. We had many landscapers come and try to get our project done. "Roberto was really efficient, very pleasant , he came out when he said he would , I had already scheduled a contractor for today Thursday , made time and no show , no text no call I chased them and they gave me a barrage of excuses as to why . Roberto was on the ball , communication was great very professional. I had my tree limbs ( which were very high) trimmed right back these were over my deck , trees on the side of the house which were pretty high . The dogwood tree cut right back , the hedge really trimmed back and the cherry tree at the front of the house paired back . They were here for nearly 7 hours . The price was the best I had out of 4 quotes , he was also the most credible and pleasant . I’m a single woman and had no worries what so ever , he constantly checked in to make sure we were on track . The clean up and the removal was perfect . "They did ok job. I was expecting a little bit more of the removal of the roots stumps . I was surprised that they didn?t even have any trash bags to get rid of unnecessary trash what they did was fill up my trash my trash bins which it overflowed all over the ground so I had to repack all the trash into trash bags. I think if you?re paying for a service, they should be more considerate on how to remove the waste."
