"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"We moved into our home over the summer. In a corner of the back yard, we have a fish pond that was installed by the previous owners. While my husband was doing yard work behind the pond, he sliced the electrical cord to the pump which runs the waterfall feature.  I called around to several electrical companies looking for someone to come out and see if they could repair or replace the electrical cord.  I was told by several other companies I would have to wait several days before appointments were available.  Since the pond is stocked with about 20 fish, it was important to us to resolve this quickly.
City Lights Electric responded to my message on Angie's List about repairing/ replacing the electrical cord to the pump of our fish pond within an hour.  We scheduled the service the next morning. Anthony arrived at the appointed time and performed the service quickly.  He answered all my husband's questions regarding the repair as well as giving some additional  information regarding an outlet that keeps tripping to the refrigerator in our garage due to the Christmas lights we have on the same circuit.  We plan on having the outlet replaced by Anthony after the holidays. We could not be more happy with the service from City Lights Electric.

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken."

"Zohar and his team of specialist people did a complete remodeling of the kitchen including two bathrooms. The remodeling included all the custom cabinets for the kitchen and raising the ceiling in the kitchen by 10 inches, installing all the new floors in the bathrooms, adding all the new lights in the kitchen and bathrooms, Repaint all the interior walls of the kitchen and bathrooms too. All the design done by Zohar. The work was better than perfect and the cabinets fits like a glove to the kitchen space and they are mainly outstanding. The design part of the kitchen and bathrooms are one of Zohar's main qualifications. Supervision to perfection, dependable vendors for all the materials and appliances which added another reason why this remodeling was a success. The remodeling project was over after 4 weeks of daily work and it was 2 days longer than projected, but it's was not an issue at all because it came out better than what we wanted. All the list for minor repairs that were needed to be corrected, were fixed by the people in swiftly and professionally way. Regarding the final amount of the project – the price was good and Zohar didn’t increased it even though with the several changes that we asked and he did for us. We'll happily use them again."
