"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! "We had wanted to replace the ugly boxed lighting in our kitchen. Communication to set up appointment was excellent (fast responses) and we were able to schedule quickly (within a couple of days). Tom called to notify us he was on his way and arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The work area was draped and taped to minimize dust/debris, the floor was covered and the work done quickly and neatly. Wow, what a pleasure! We have a few other lighting projects and will definitely use their services again."

"Anthony and his Dad couldn't have more professional.  Anthony gave a very clear estimate outlining all work to be performed prior to service.  We selected City Lights over two other electrical contractors who were a little cheaper but City Lights came highly recommended by a friend who had recently done some work for us.  
We couldn't be happier with the job that City lights did!  They were prompt, courteous, and kept  a clean job site throughout the installation.  The emt/pipe bending that was required due to the nature of our patio cover got a little complicated but you wouldn't know it by how it turned out.  Anthony's meticulous attention to detail is nothing short of brilliant!  Seriously!  When we were initially stumped on how we would provide electricity for sconces on our patio cover support posts, Anthony and his Dad came up with the idea to build and frame little boxes so that the electrical conduit would cleanly come in to provide electricity to the lights.  The miter cuts were perfect and the boxes turned out to be a great solution to our initial dilemma.
The lights are all installed now and they look fantastic.  I would highly recommend City Lights and look forward to using them again in the future for any of our electrical needs.

"I had bought a deal for the motion light on Angie's list. When they arrived, they rudely informed me that they couldn't install the light due to the flagstone on my garage. I understand the reason why but they acted like I should have known that and I was wasting their time. The other option of the deal was to install an outdoor electrical outlet, which I asked them to do. The work was fine but not worth the $90."

"When my husband and I where looking into doing a remodel of our kitchen and bathroom, we met with two different contracting companies. We chose Regal because Sean, the designer and owner, was very down to earth and saw the vision we had for our 1920's Spanish style home. We wanted to keep as much of the integrity of our home as possible, while updating and making a more open space. 
Our original plan to to rearrange the bathroom moving the sink, toilet and shower while putting in new floor tile, wall tile, toilet and vanity. For the kitchen, we where taking three rooms (pantry/mudroom, kitchen and breakfast nook) and turning them into one room, knocking down three walls and putting in an island/prep station. We turned the pantry/mudroom into a laundry room as well. We also needed to rewire the house as the wiring was from the 20's.  
Along the way we decided to tear down the plaster in our living and dinning room (and put up dry wall, while keeping a curve to our ceiling), refinish the floors, paint the two bedrooms, paint the outside of the house, adding recessed lighting through out the whole house, put in new copper pluming and putting in new windows. Sean and his team worked very well and in a timely manner with the additional work. Our project went from a remodel to a whole home makeover and Regal was able to do it in just over 2 months. Also, while the house was unlivable Sean put us up at a local hotel for 2 weeks. 
My only critique would be a lack in communication. There where a few times, when we had questions and/or concerns, we could not get our point across to the staff at our home. However, Sean was usually available via cell phone and text messaging.

"Zohar and his workers from Best Builders Group designed and implemented a new full kitchen for us that included all the appliances as well as the new floor, lightings, counter top and more…. The actual workers demolished completely the old kitchen and increased the back wall by few feet. They opened up walls to make the house space feel much larger. The workers were very reliable, clean, and professional and they did very high quality work. I felt comfortable trusting them in my house and doing all the work with support beams etc. Very knowledgeable and good group of guys. At the end of each day, Zohar made sure to be at the house OR to send someone to make sure that all the daily tasks have been accomplished. The cabinets were custom made by their cabinet maker so you can have anything done to your specifications. Definitely would trust Best Builders Group for your large important home improvements. You can be sure it is done right. They are pricey, so sometimes that is cost prohibitive for certain small jobs."
