The old path was narrow and cracked, and the new one is wide and fits the property better. The pillars gave us a real entrance feel. They also ran low-voltage lights inside the pillars so they light-up at night. It's not flashy, just clean and sharp. The stone matches the front steps, and everything feels like it belongs now. "Dee is fantastic! We loved the design Mike came up with for our backyard makeover. Then once construction started we realized we had made choices that needed to be changed. In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. Now a year later we had them come back for a few tweaks and again Dee's suggestions were the right ones. We are happy we choose G & L and plan to use them again next year when we tackle our front yard."

"This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."
