In the summer if there is any trash, he cleans the frontage of the property for me. He makes sure that it's mowed and looks nice. He has fair pricing and he is young and customer service oriented. His communication is excellent, he calls every two weeks to see how I'm doing, when it snows. He's very enthusiastic about what he does."
