"Excellent!!!! We initially contracted with Sal, the owner, to pressure wash our lanai. We pressure washed it ourselves only two months before but the stains remained. When Sal pressure washed the surface, it looked new again. He recommended painting the surface to ensure our satisfaction for years and years to come. He just put the final coat on the pool deck and it looks brand new, moreover we can expect to enjoy this look for years and years to come. Sal delivers! He shows up when he says he's going to.
