"This spring we were in search of a company to pour a concrete patio as we were removing our old floating deck. We came across Clark Companies at the White Bear Home Show @ The Hippodrome. They followed up promptly afterwards and set a time to come out for a quote. They answered all our questions and helped us envision what it could look like. They were the only company we had out that actually cared (the others you probably hear advertised all the time). If you're here because you are researching them you can see they do this all the time and they do it well. They gave us many options to choose from for the patio & other items to complete the project (I.e stairs or grass seed). Our house was built in 1989 and he did a great job finding and matching the existing brick. He coordinated the job with my schedule and was very efficient. "I wanred brick specislists for an undesirable brick job. John was the first estimator who seemed to know all the details of the project by sight. When his two craftsman showed up, I knew I did good. In terms of integrity, courtesy, skill, craftmanship, and attention to detail, they exhibited OLD-SCHOOL values that just aren't around much anymore. I didn't find one tiny item to pick up after they cleaned. I was glad I met them, and even tipped the two people repairing the brick. It looks great at a fair price."

"Working with Artistic Fence was a great experience.  We needed a fence that could contain a dog that can climb chain link, but didn't want a privacy fence to cut us off from our neighbors.  Amy from Artistic Fence came and looked over our property, talked about our options for our fence, and wrote out a bid right there.  She answered all my questions, and was very helpful and professional.  Their bid came in on the low end of the quotes we got.  Their building timeline was reasonable, even though it was the busy season for new fences, and the folks that came to build the fence where prompt, and impressively efficient.  The fence is exactly what we hoped for, and is beautifully done.  We couldn't be happier with it.

Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."
