"Alan's Landscaping did a great job! They removed the front flower bed and trees. They installed a new bricks to define a new flower bed, added top soil and mulch, planted new shrubs. They also moved some struggling shrubs (between the drive and the sidewalk) to a better location and planted new shrubs. The team that came to work was fast and professional. All of the work was completed in one day. They kept me informed of the progress and checked in with me a few times during the day to make sure that their work was in line with my expectations...which they exceeded. I feel like they went above and beyond what I asked. They had some extra mulch and they added it around the base of my front tree and to the side of my garage by the property line that just had some weeds growing in it. When I have money to do landscaping in my backyard, I'm definitely calling Alans Landscaping!"

"My call was returned an hour later and the same day appointment was scheduled. Chuck arrived promptly and he was very knowledgeable. He offered 2 options to fix the problem and the replacement with the latest spring system was decided. Chuck did a great job and the garage floor was clean after the installation. "While it took quite a lot of effort on our part to finalize the colors, pattern, etc, once scheduled, the crew promptly showed up every morning on the job, worked with the village inspector to ensure the base and landing step construction met local codes and best practices (village required a deeper base than originally laid by the crew).  They worked quickly and with as little disruption and as cleanly as can be expected.  
After the first winter, there was some settling along the house due to filling in a window well done by another contractor.  I called Maria and she came out, took a look, and sent her crew out to re-lay the area and backfill to make things right at no additional cost.
Overall, we are very happy with the end product and would recommend working with Maria and crew as long as you have a pretty decent idea of what you want in terms of design.

"The process was smooth. The biggest job was removing a large tree and preparing the site for a patio. The patio is two levels with a sitting wall and gas starter fire pit. They removed the old plants, grass, bricks and replaced them with new bushes, flowers and trees. The entire yard was removed of weeds and new mulch was placed everwhere. Without rainy days the project could be completed within 2 weeks. It was a great investment and the outcome is spectacular!"
