"I have only talked with Andy on the phone. He is going to come give us an estimate for replacing our dryer venting <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When I phoned, I had to leave a message. We played a bit of phone tag, but I felt that Andy was responsive in an appropriate amount of time. He inquired about my current venting and suggested what problems likely exist with it. He then suggested an alternative method of venting. Both my husband and I agreed with what the problems could be and with the alternative Andy suggested.
