"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "They did the job, but they didn't do it to my expectation. I was watching the way they worked and it seemed like there was communication trouble between the laborers and the owner of the company. The owner would give a different instruction from the one I gave and the workers would do something different. I told the foreman what I needed done and how I needed it done so that he could relay it to the laborers who didn't speak English at all. They didn't clean up as well as I expected them to clean up. I was generally happy with their work, but I was unhappy with how the work turned out. It was a communication problem but other than that, they were nice guys."

"Frank and his crew were great! They did a great big working with our neighbors and myself. Demoing a large fence between our homes. The end result was incredible. I was so happy with the yard after the removal of everything. It was better than how they found it. Just what we asked for. I would recommend Elements to any family, friend or neighbor. Already have had several people comment on what a beautiful fence we put in!! Made some great suggestions for other projects too. He'll be back to do!!"

"Very professional, easy to get along with.  Brisio Garcia (owner) and his employee start their day early and on time.   Brisio never asked for any money upfront and on the third day we insisted that he take a partial payment as he was incurring many expenses for tractor, rebar, concrete, etc. 
Brisio was very helpful in design and color selection.  We weren't sure about the stamping and color so he sent us down the street to another job of his that he had recently finished.  This helped to visualize the color and pattern.  He also provided us with a color chart to help with the selection.
At the end of every day they would sweep, hose down, and clean up the entire area.  Their tools and equipment were always organized and put away at the end of the day.  Never had a big mess to stare at.
