"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"We were about to list our house for sale, and the company that did the interior cleaning could not wash the windows because of insurance issues. I called Mountain View Window Washing, and the gentleman who owns the business came out that afternoon to look at the windows and give me a price. I agreed, so he showed up the next day, exactly when he said he would, and got to work. We had painters and other cleaning people in there at the same time, but he worked around them washing the insides of the windows and then suited up to go outside. It was bitterly cold that day, but he spent a good 20 minutes cleaning the sliding glass door into the kitchen, which our dogs had smudged up pretty badly. He did excellent work. I would definitely recommend the company, and I plan to use him again in the spring. We only asked him to clean the windows on the first floor, but he said he is set up to wash windows on higher floors as well. <br />"

Not for a moment were we concerned with him roaming our house, cleaning ducts while we worked from home. He was extremely kind, and cheerful the entire time he was with us and after telling us how presumably the pervious owner had sabotaged our home for the new owners (as can sometimes happen with a bank-owned home) Coury cleaned things up so that we were safe to use our furnace in northwest Montana. They were courteous, hard working and took utmost care of household items. they were not pushy in trying to upsell, however, they did present upsell options which I did not need or want. They did not talk negatively about other companys. I was very satisfied. The last time I decided to have carpets cleaned I decided to check Angie's list and decided to try another company based on the reviews. Pro Steam did my carpets Nov. 2012; did a good job but a little too talkative for my liking; some negative comments about other companys although did not name companys. <br />"
